RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We only accept returns and exchanges for defective and incorrect orders, subject to the following terms and conditions:
  • Item(s) must be in its/their original conditions received.
  • All packaging of each item must remain unopened.
We sincerely apologise if you have received an incorrect or defective item. Please contact our customer service and include the following details in your email:
  • Order number,
  • Name of item,
  • Reason for return/ exchange, and
  • Item photo
All return and exchange requests are to be submitted to our customer service within 7 days from the date of delivery. Our customer service will assist you within 1-3 working days. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted after we have approved the request. Any exchange/ return requested after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted after we have approved the request. gatsby THE DESIGNER will not be responsible for any lost mail sent back without an approval.

Upon approval, our customer service will provide you with the return address.

Do state your name and order number on the parcel for tracking and verification purposes.

Kindly note that all return and exchange requests are to be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any requests made after will not be accepted.
